HOW DO I REMOVE MY FALSE NAILS? (WITH LIQUID GLUE)

Removal can be done at any time using the flat side of the small stick included in the kit.

To make the process easier, it is recommended to soak your fingers for 10 minutes in a mixture of warm water, oil, and soap.

HOW LONG DO FALSE NAILS STAY ON WITHOUT COMING OFF?

The Gel Pads included in each false nail kit are designed for applications lasting an average of 5-7 days.

According to our users, the hold can vary from one day to 2-3 weeks, but we recommend not keeping them on for more than 3 weeks to avoid water infiltration.

You don't have to wait for them to come off on their own; you can remove your false nails at any time using the stick included in the kit.

For extended wear (1-3 weeks), we recommend using our liquid glue.

Using False Nails:

HOW TO REUSE MY FALSE NAILS?

WITH GEL PADS: After each removal, simply use the pointed end of your wooden stick to clear away any Gel Pad residues, making the capsules like new again.

WITH LIQUID GLUE: After each removal, sand down any dried glue residues using your mini-file (which you can cut lengthwise). Then, wipe down any remaining marks with a cotton pad soaked in nail polish remover. For the capsules to be reused, they must feel smooth to the touch.

Thoroughly clean the capsules with soap and then dry them.

Finally, store them back in their box to keep them from getting lost.

WHAT TO DO WHEN I RUN OUT OF GEL PADS?

If you have used all the Gel Pads included in your false nail kit (sufficient for 2 applications), you can purchase Gel Pad refills sold separately.

IS THE APPLICATION WATER-RESISTANT?

Yes! The application is resistant to both cold and hot water. Therefore, you can wash your hands, shower, bathe, do the dishes, etc., without any issues.

However, it is recommended to wait a few hours after each application before establishing first contact with water. After that, you can spend entire days at the pool without worry!

  • Degrease the natural nail using a cotton pad soaked in alcohol or our Nail Prep.
  • Apply a generous layer of glue to your natural nail and the capsule.
  • Place the capsule slightly under the cuticles and press firmly from bottom to top.
  • Hold the capsule firmly in place for 30 seconds.

AM I GUARANTEED TO FIND MY SIZE FOR EACH FINGER?

Every woman is unique, and so are her nails! That's why we provide 12 sizes of nail caps (depending on the shape) in each kit, ranging from very narrow to very wide.

When you receive your package, you can test the caps on your fingers without gluing them to ensure you find the right size for each finger. If this is not the case, you can return your order for a refund.

98% of our customers find the exact right size for each of their fingers!

CAN FALSE NAILS BE APPLIED ON BITTEN NAILS?

Absolutely! Our false nails are perfectly suited for bitten and even severely bitten nails.

However, to ensure optimal hold, we recommend choosing extra-short or extra-extra-short models.

CAN REPEATED APPLICATIONS DAMAGE MY NAILS?

No! However, be careful not to buff your nail plate too harshly or for too long during nail preparation.

You should only lightly etch the nail without pressing down, as over time, excessive pressure could thin and weaken your nail.

CAN I FILE OR RESHAPE MY FALSE NAILS?

Yes! In fact, we provide a nail file in each kit for this purpose.

After filing, simply scrape off any small material residues to make the capsule completely clean.

ARE FALSE NAILS COMFORTABLE TO WEAR?

Yes! You won't feel them at all.

Of course, if it's your first time wearing long false nails, it may take a few days to get used to the length (but you'll adjust quickly!).

WHICH WAY SHOULD SQUARE CAPSULES BE APPLIED?

Our capsules are made with durable materials designed to last. However, they must be handled with care to avoid situations or exposure to products or actions that could damage them or accelerate erosion, including:

  • Exposure to chemicals such as acetone, acidic or alkaline products, or any other corrosive solvents or creams (e.g., use neutral pH soaps and wear gloves for cleaning or dishwashing).
  • Physical scratches from sharp or abrasive objects (keys, rocky surfaces, dishwashing sponges, exfoliating gloves, etc.).
  • If your profession (such as hairdressing, cleaning, horse riding, etc.) makes it impossible to avoid these situations, we recommend opting for solid colour models and avoiding mirror effect, matte, French, or 3D effect models, which are more susceptible to damage.

To avoid damaging the capsule during removal:

  • Use the flat side of the stick and gently slide it under one side of the capsule, as close as possible to the top of the nail (not towards the thinner and more fragile bottom).
  • Do the same on the other side and repeat the maneuver until the capsule completely detaches.
  • Never touch the bottom of the capsule with the stick.
  • Never leverage the stick.
  • Never attempt to remove the capsule with your fingers by pulling.

I CAN'T PEEL OFF THE PROTECTIVE FILM ON THE GEL PAD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Here are some tips to help the Gel Pad peel off its plastic backing more easily:

  • Wash your nails before applying.
  • Rub the Gel Pad vigorously before peeling it off the large plastic base.
  • Thoroughly buff and dry your natural nails with a cotton pad generously soaked in alcohol.
  • Allow the alcohol to dry (20 seconds).
  • Do not touch the Gel Pad with your fingers.
  • Rub the Gel Pad against your nail again before removing the tab.
  • If the Gel Pad sticks out, scrape it off using a nail to detach it from the tab.

I HAVE PAIN IN MY CUTICLES, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

You shouldn't normally feel the false nails, and certainly not experience any discomfort or pain. If you do, here are some potential reasons and solutions:

Case 1: The Gel Pads are placed too far from the cuticles, leaving the lower edge of the capsule mobile. The capsule should be firmly pressed against the nail. To achieve this, place the Gel Pad not too close to the cuticles but not too far either—the ideal distance is about 1mm.

Case 2: The cuticles haven't been pushed back enough, and the capsule wasn't placed under the cuticles, leaving it on top and causing friction. Make sure to push your cuticles back properly and position the capsule slightly underneath for a natural look and optimal comfort.

Case 3: The capsule used is too wide, preventing the lower edge from staying under the cuticles, which can cause the capsule to "pop out" and rub against the cuticles when pressure is applied vertically.

Case 4: You are applying excessive vertical pressure frequently (e.g., using your nail to peel a mandarin). The capsule applied with a Gel Pad isn't 100% stable and may shift slightly towards the cuticles if pressed too hard, potentially irritating them.

I'M FEELING PAINFUL PRESSURE ON MY NAILS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You shouldn't normally feel the false nails, and certainly not experience any discomfort or pain. If you do, here are some potential reasons and solutions:

Case 1: Your natural nails are very flat, creating a curvature difference between them and the capsule, which causes this pressure when the capsule is applied. In this case, layer two Gel Pads on your nails before applying the capsule to create volume and reduce the pressure. This usually works very well, and you should no longer feel any discomfort. For future orders, consider choosing our models designed for flat nails.

Case 2: You may have used a capsule that is too narrow, which can create the same issue as described above, as the narrowest capsules tend to be more curved. For your next application, choose a slightly wider capsule.
